What To Expect

Arrive

Meet the men, settle in, and get ready to move.

Move

We run or walk together. Fitness level doesn't matter. Showing up does.

Breathe

We use a range of breathwork techniques to train the nervous system to up-regulate and bring you back to baseline.

Connect

Guided discussion around real topics: stress, relationships, discipline, fear, anger, grief, purpose, communication, and responsibility.

Coffee

Connection continues after the session. This is where the brotherhood gets built.
